  • Attending your appointment.

    Please attend your appointments alone, only those who have appointments are to wait at the reception including kids.

  • How we work.

    We work based on bookings, this is how we ensure everyone has a great experience in our salon.

    To secure your appointment you must pay a £50 deposit , non refundable, following the link sent by text, 24 hours after making the booking.

  • Missed appointments.

    In the case of missing your appointment, you will lose your deposit and there will be no refund. Two or more missed appointments will require full payment of service when wanting to reschedule moving forward.

  • Lateness.

    Any lateness after 15 mins may result in cancellation and you’ll lose your deposit. If you come late for your free top-up or cancel/reschedule less than 48 h in advance a fee of £50 applies.

  • During your appointment.

    No phone calls are to be taken during the procedure including work meetings, unless very urgent.

  • Cancelation

    To cancel an appointment 48h notice is required.
